1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, downloading any file offered here, or otherwise using any part of this site (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Disclaimer (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not download any files from it. Continued use after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms.
2. What this site is
The Site is a personal project operated on a best-effort, free-of-charge basis. It hosts files created or compiled by the site operator, including game-related files, place files, scripts, models, and other assets originally produced by the operator (“Provided Files”).
The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Roblox Corporation, Roblox Experience publishers, Discord Inc., or any other third-party brand mentioned on the Site. All trademarks, game names, and company names referenced belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
3. License to use Provided Files
Unless a file states otherwise, the operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Provided Files for private, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
- sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Provided Files;
- redistribute or re-host them claiming them as your own work;
- remove or alter any attribution, notices, or license terms;
- use them to violate the terms of service of any platform (including, but not limited to, the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards);
- use them to cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt games or services.
You are solely responsible for making sure your use of any Provided File complies with the rules of the platform you intend to use it on. Downloading a file does not grant you any rights beyond those stated above.
4. No warranty — provided “as is”
All content and Provided Files are offered “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Without limiting the above, the operator does not warrant that:
- the Site or any file will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or virus-free;
- defects will be corrected;
- files are compatible with your device, game version, or platform;
- any result obtained from use will be accurate or reliable.
You download and use any file entirely at your own discretion and risk, and you assume full responsibility for any damage to your computer system, loss of data, account suspension or termination, or any other harm resulting from access to or use of the Site or the Provided Files.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator of this Site, or anyone who contributed to it, be liable for any damages whatsoever — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, virtual items, virtual currency (including Robux), accounts, or rankings — arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site or any Provided File, even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any jurisdiction does not allow certain limitations of liability, those limitations shall not apply to you; the operator’s maximum aggregate liability, where legally permitted, is zero (0) given the Site is provided free of charge.
6. No responsibility for user conduct or third-party content
The operator assumes no responsibility or liability for:
- the content, safety, legality, or availability of any external site, service, download link, or platform referenced on the Site (including Discord, Roblox, and any linked communities);
- the actions of any user, staff member, or third party mentioned on the Site, including disputes within any game, group, or community;
- any modifications, forks, republished or re-hosted versions of Provided Files made by third parties;
- any loss or corruption of saves, places, assets, or currency caused by use of a Provided File;
- events, contests, giveaways, promises or claims made by any game group or community referenced on the Site. Nothing on this Site is a contractual offer, guarantee of outcome, or financial advice.
Statements on the Site about games, groups, or individuals are the operator’s opinions and commentary based on what the operator believes to be accurate at the time of posting. Opinions are protected speech; the operator does not accept liability for disagreement with them.
7. Intellectual property & takedown requests
The operator only publishes files they have rights to publish. If you believe in good faith that any material on this Site infringes your intellectual property rights, contact the operator through the official Discord of the associated project with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the exact URL, (c) your contact details, and (d) a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury. Valid requests are honored promptly; abusive or bad-faith claims may be ignored.
8. Age and platform rules
Some platforms referenced or involved (e.g. Roblox) have their own age ratings and community rules. Users under the age of majority must use the Site and any Provided File only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for compliance with all applicable rules.
9. Changes to the Site and these Terms
The operator may modify or discontinue the Site, or any file on it, at any time, with or without notice, and without liability. These Terms may be updated at any time; the “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
10. Governing terms & severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Failure by the operator to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms apply to every visitor and downloader of the Site, in addition to any platform terms that independently govern your use of games and services you reach through it.
